Hello there fellow traveller! My name is Amelia and as of January 2nd, I am 23.

 

I grew up in rural Scotland, surrounded by mountains and lochs which may sound dreamy but after 18 years of rainy summers, my parents decided to make the move to Norfolk, England. Now, I'm surrounded by absolutely no hills or mountains but I have the broads and countless beaches on my doorstep!

 In 2018 I finished school at the ripe age of 17, packed my bags and moved to Brighton to study Media Studies at university. Why did I choose Brighton I hear you ask? Well, I grew up watching British Youtubers and seeing Zoella show off her glamorous life there definitely made me want to move there! 

 

My course was amazing as it was all coursework and zero exams! It was here that my love for photography and documenting my life flourished and I loved experimenting with different forms of media, whether that was photography or cringey YouTube videos. I found a lot of peace in taking a stroll to the beach and photographing the amazing Brighton sunsets.
